Requirements

  • Between 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in using tools such as MDT, SCCM, WAIK/Windows ADK etc.
  • Expertise on Desktop imaging (Creating and Deploying Windows 10/11) using WAIK/ Windows ADK with MDT, SCCM, Windows Deployment Services.
  • In-depth knowledge and troubleshooting experience of Lite-Touch, Zero touch Deployments, WDS/PXE Issues, Sysprep tool, WinPE, UI++
  • Expertise and prior experience in designing large scale OS migrations (Windows 10 to Windows 11) using USMT and OneDrive
  • Knowledge of customizing the configuration xml files and creating custom migration files to suit the migration needs is a must.
  • Troubleshooting failed migration scenarios.
  • Expertise and experience in working with Desktop hardware products by Dell, HP, Lenovo, Panasonic, etc.
  • Knowledge of hardware components
  • Knowledge of driver integration
  • Good knowledge of Windows client operating systems such as Windows 10/11
  • Good knowledge of Active directory, Group policy, DHCP, DNS, basic windows networking
  • Knowledge of Azure AD, Intune and other modern endpoint management technologies
  • Knowledge of VB Scripting/ HTA / Batch scripting/Power Shell or any programming language is a must
  • MDT, SCCM, Windows 10/11 related certifications is a must
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with business, Engineering & Product Development stakeholders to drive holistic Endpoint Management implementations and maintain constant focus on delivering client value.
  • Provides support in development of logical and technical architecture for Endpoint Management, project, and platform initiatives.
  • Works with cross-functional technical, development and delivery teams to ensure application of smooth, efficient, and scalable release processes.
  • Communicates technical architectures, relevant technologies, practices, platforms and products to delivery teams and other stakeholders.
  • Creates proofs of concept to determine the viability of new or different technologies.
  • Designs and implements solutions that align with both business requirements and security standards.
  • Analyzes incident reports of recurring user issues and offer improvement recommendations to leadership.
  • Acts as subject matter expert to provide technical support of hardware, systems, email flow, Teams Conferences, telephony across different platforms sub-systems and/or applications.
  • Provides end-to-end support on the resolution of complex issues such as; problem identification, evaluation, solution generation, testing and deployment through to evaluation and issue mitigation.
  • Supports consistency and automation through the implementation of technologies and tools.
  • Evaluating and recommending new technologies and tools for modern device management/ seamless collaboration.
  • Serves as liaison between clients, various departmental stakeholders, and leadership.
