Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of biotechnology industry experience is required.
- Python, Javascript, and SQL experience
- AWS experience (Lambda, RDS, EC2, ALB)
- Experience with Docker
- Experience working in a biotechnology organization
Responsibilities
- Contributing to system design and architecture
- Building RESTful services using the FastAPI following engineering best practices
- Building applications to support computation biology analysis
- Building relational and NoSQL databases
- Some Javascript, HTML, CSS front end development
Preferred Qualifications
- It’s a bonus if you have experience with: FastAPI, React, Vue.js, or another modern JavaScript framework
