Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering
- 7+ years of experience with design, support, and maintenance of Industrial control or computer systems; including HMIs, servers, and communication networks
- Extensive knowledge of network design, administration, configuration, and troubleshooting and their individual impact to operating facilities
- Familiarity with OT systems, SCADA, ICS Cyber Security best practices and Industrial communication protocols such as MODBUS, ICCP, DNP3, OPC
- Strong understanding of control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA, RTU)
- Experience with Windows administration, domain administration and virtualization
- Must be able to work both independently and as a part of a team
Responsibilities
- Drive ICS Security Governance: Play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining and monitoring adherence to our internal ICS standards, procedures, and guidelines, all while aligning with industry best practice and applicable regulations.
- Build Cyber Risk Mitigation Plans: Develop cyber risk mitigation strategies, in alignment with Supply Chain and Management of Change (MOC) processes.
- Support OT Environment: Oversee patch management, monitoring and remediation, based on risk.
- Manage OT Infrastructure: Take charge of managing OT tools, alerts, and processes within the OT environment, including asset management software, SIEM, INSM, PAM & MFA.
- Conduct Risk Assessments: Lead and participate in comprehensive risk assessments of OT systems across our fleet.
- Shape the OT Cybersecurity Roadmap: Contribute to the development, lifecycle, and long-term planning of our OT environment.
- Provide Technical Direction: Offer expert technical guidance to contract and maintenance staff, ensuring the successful completion of ICS-related tasks.
- Ensure MOC Compliance: Oversee Management of Change (MOC) compliance and review for ICS-related work across the fleet.
- Engage in Incident Response: Actively participate in incident response activities to contain and remediate security incidents.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with cyber security would be considered an asset.
