Requirements
- 8+ years in software engineering
- 5+ years in a management role
- Strong experience working inside and managing mobile app teams
- A proven track record in team leadership, conflict resolution, and driving team success in an agile environment
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional, distributed teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Drive architectural vision and implementation for the mobile app, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
- Mentor, guide, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation
- Work closely with product managers, engineering managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define strategy, priorities, and OKRs
- Develop and communicate a long-term roadmap, balancing immediate needs with strategic goals
