Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working as Software Engineering Manager within a high performing Engineering organization
  • 8+ years of experience in software development and delivery, preferably with an experience in fintech/portfolio management systems
  • Experience in building and managing large scale software applications in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Oversee technical vision, roadmaps, and system designs to ensure reliability and scalability
  • Ideally looking for a B.A. / B.S. degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • You’re technologically savvy and can easily get up to speed on modern tech stacks (we use React.js, GraphQL, Java, Postgresql, Snowflake, Kafka, AWS)
