Requirements
- Ability to plan and execute facilities work using diagrams, drawing, maintenance manuals, and tools.
- Able to troubleshoot equipment including electronic controls systems.
- Electrical and pneumatic systems operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong aptitude managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Very organized.
Responsibilities
- Under minimal supervision executes routine and non-routine tasks that are within functional area of responsibility.
- Mentors and guides more junior technicians.
- Learns from others and can independently learn, troubleshoot basic and moderately advanced systems.
- Completes work requests, preventative maintenance tasks within CMMS and can write own preventative maintenance schedules or work requests.
- Works cross functionally with other departments and empowered to understand scope of decisions within their control.
- Manages outside vendors and their work within building.
- Manages and maintains equipment files in accordance with SOPs and schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC/Electrical or other Trade License preferred.
- Associate’s degree or higher in a related field preferred.
- 4-7 years of experience in Facilities/Maintenance.
