Senior Finance Manager

Bachelor’s degree in an Accounting or Finance related discipline
Ability to convey information clearly and concisely through written and verbal communications to all levels of the organization
Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company’s business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations
Ability to think critically and strategically over various topics to drive business growth
Strong interpersonal skills to work and influence effectively with cross-functional teams.

Provide forward-thinking leadership to a small team creating insights-driven enhancements to PAT processes and data.
Understand Caterpillar strategy and direction across multiple business units.
Partner with organizations across the enterprise in support of strategic initiatives, providing insightful analysis related to PAT data.
Question status quo through industry insights to support a long-term strategic growth mindset.
Assist/lead ad hoc projects throughout ESD and Caterpillar business divisions.
Coach and mentor team members and create a team first, high-performing environment.
You may be required to travel up to 10%.
