Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or technical background (Engineering/Supply Chain/Operations) is a plus.
- 3-7 years of experience in financial analysis and modeling, ideally with experience in operations or hardware environments.
- You can quickly distill problems into solutions (i.e. create a framework, identify key stakeholders, fill in gaps, and drive to a solution)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in an understandable manner.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- You are comfortable working in cross-functional environments and able to navigate seamlessly between different functions, skillsets, and perspectives.
- You have a solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and investment analysis.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Establish transparency into material cost for existing and future Anduril products.
- Lead with the Engineering and Supply Chain teams to develop and implement cost reduction roadmap.
- Define key performance metrics and provide actionable insights through reporting and ad hoc analysis.
- Deep dive on operational or functional topics as needed.
- Support cross-functional teams with tradeoff studies to achieve sustainable unit economics.
- Develop complex financial models to assess various financial scenarios and support strategic initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline FP&A activities and enhance reporting accuracy.
- Lead the development of executive-level reporting and present financial insights to senior management.
