Senior Financial Analyst

BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar quantitative discipline
3+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in a high-growth media, technology or software services company
Proven ability to excel in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
Advanced Excel skills, including macros and complex formulas
Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights for senior executives
Proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to multitask in a dynamic corporate setting
Deep understanding of financial planning, forecasting and reporting processes
Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP
A team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to collaborate and contribute wherever needed
Exceptional accuracy and organizational skills

Lead the consolidated P&L reporting and analysis
Identify and implement efficiencies to enhance financial and operational reporting
Develop and leverage financial models to generate insights that support internal teams in making well-informed business decisions
Work with multiple data sources to extract and analyze company and market data for financial and business analytics
Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends and conduct deep-dive analyses when needed
Support decision-making and strategic planning at various business levels through in-depth financial analysis
Take ownership of ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed
