Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required in finance, accounting, or business related field
- 2+ years relevant experience required
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop annual budgets, quarterly projections, and long-term financial plans.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for leadership, clearly communicating results, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic discussions.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for monthly divisional results.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive financial strategy and support business goals
- Enhance cash flow and balance sheet forecasting and reporting.
- Strengthen collaboration with HR and finance leadership on headcount planning.
- Consolidate, analyze and track company operating budgets and exercises accounting control to ensure that expenditures do not exceed amounts budgeted.
- Analyze financial performance, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth and profitability.
