Responsibilities
- Leads associate outcomes by training, assigning, coaching, and counseling as needed; communicating job expectations; monitoring job contributions; and adhering to policies and procedures.
- Ensures adherence to standards, budgets, and departmental goals/operational objectives, based on company policies and available resources.
- Establishes an environment to empower others and to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Meets finance operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews, including preparing business cases, implementing productivity, resolving problems, and identifying system improvements.
- Meets finance financial standards by providing annual budget information, monitoring expenditures, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions.
- Adheres to the organization’s financial practices by monitoring the application of accounting policies and procedures and conducting audits.
- Improves the organization’s financial status by analyzing variances and recommending action.
- Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports by collecting, analyzing, consolidating, and summarizing data and trends.
- Protects organization value by keeping information confidential, cautioning others regarding potential breaches.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Accounting/Finance Degree preferred
- Advanced Degree preferred
- Automotive or manufacturing industry with plant controlling experience
