Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a financial systems or similar role, preferably within a SOX-regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of system development methodologies, project management practices, and analytical problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience with system implementations and/or leading change management initiatives within finance or operational environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of Coupa and NetSuite, providing hands-on support to users and assisting with audit-related requests.
- Troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with external vendors and product support teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assess risks and inefficiencies in current finance systems and processes, leveraging existing tools and exploring new technologies to implement solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify operational gaps and define requirements for new projects to enhance system capabilities.
- Lead project execution from start to finish, including documentation of business requirements, technical specifications, functional designs, test scripts/plans, and training materials.
- Support internal and external SOX audits as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with NetSuite, Coupa, Trovata, or similar Finance systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL and programming languages (Python, Javascript) is preferred.
