Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on ReactJS and TypeScript.
  • Experience building scalable and responsive web applications with modern frontend technologies.
  • Proficiency in integrating frontend applications with backend services and APIs using REST or GraphQL.
  • Solid understanding of software design patterns, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of user-centric frontend applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
  • Optimize frontend performance and ensure applications are fast, responsive, and accessible.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices for frontend development, including code quality, testing, and maintainability.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring scalability and maintainability of the frontend codebase.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.
  • Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and technical discussions to maintain high engineering standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in growth-focused engineering projects or A/B testing frameworks is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with backend technologies such as Postgres and AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, etc.) is a plus.
