Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Knowledge of multiple programming languages (we primarily use JavaScript, React, Node.js – knowledge of these in particular not required)
- You’re an excellent problem solver and don’t need to be told exactly what to do
- Comfortable interfacing with clients
- You are known for shipping products and features lightning-fast
- Ability to pick up on new technologies very quickly
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement solutions for a feature-rich platform that makes prompt engineering accessible
- Deploy real world AI agents that handle complex customer and employee interactions
- Onboard and integrate major insurance customers onto the platform
- Plug in to the latest and greatest in generative AI – we are constantly testing new models, agent architectures, and more
Preferred Qualifications
- Startup experience at a high-growth company (nice to have)
