Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business related discipline
- 4+ additional years’ experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- Experience in product creation, operations, process or related function
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems
- Ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Identify issues and opportunities to improve internal & cross functional processes
- Establish best practices and drive change with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensure consistency, documentation, and standardization across the landscape
- Manage the seasonal day to day operations and support of the GLAM organization
- Manage data accessibility and reporting to broader organization
- Lead with an operational mindset: detailed, organized and process oriented
- Enhance existing business practices and processes as well as create new processes and tools that drive effective end to end product creation
- Lead, manage, execute projects and key organizational initiatives
- Facilitate conversations across functions, teams, and peers, at all levels of the organization
- Create content and present complex concepts, processes, and strategies to a broad range of audiences
- Drive and manage change
- Make good decisions; demonstrate problem solving and good judgement; act decisively and take calculated risks
