Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, media, or other customer-facing roles.
Responsibilities
- Establish and cultivate strategic customer partnerships, with an emphasis on working collaboratively with the MMS partner organization.
- Leverage in-depth expertise in app solutions, optimization, customer growth mechanisms, and market trends to provide valuable insights to both partners and customers.
- Work in tandem with partners to identify and activate potential app customers through utilizing business acumen and executive selling.
- Develop and execute effective upselling strategies that align with customers’ business objects and drive customer success.
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of app users.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4 years of experience working with customers and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience analyzing data to draw meaningful conclusions.
- Experience managing customer objections and providing strategic recommendations.
- Experience in mobile, apps, and digital advertising.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business goals.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
