Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, media, or other customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and cultivate strategic customer partnerships, with an emphasis on working collaboratively with the MMS partner organization.
  • Leverage in-depth expertise in app solutions, optimization, customer growth mechanisms, and market trends to provide valuable insights to both partners and customers.
  • Work in tandem with partners to identify and activate potential app customers through utilizing business acumen and executive selling.
  • Develop and execute effective upselling strategies that align with customers’ business objects and drive customer success.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of app users.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience working with customers and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience analyzing data to draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Experience managing customer objections and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in mobile, apps, and digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business goals.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
