Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Assist HRBP in addressing general employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work culture.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of the annual performance review process for Sr.Manager level and below.
- Guide employees and managers on compensation inquiries, benefits enrollment, and issue resolution.
- Provide managers with accurate HR reports and insights to support informed decision-making.
- Help coordinate and facilitate training programs and career development initiatives aligned with department and/or business goals.
- Support the HRBP in implementing HR strategies, cultural initiatives, and change management efforts as needed.
- Assist in the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with supervisor/managers team to align talent needs with workforce strategy, define job requirements, and guide decision-making around selection and internal mobility.
