Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Assist HRBP in addressing general employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of the annual performance review process for Sr.Manager level and below.
  • Guide employees and managers on compensation inquiries, benefits enrollment, and issue resolution.
  • Provide managers with accurate HR reports and insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Help coordinate and facilitate training programs and career development initiatives aligned with department and/or business goals.
  • Support the HRBP in implementing HR strategies, cultural initiatives, and change management efforts as needed.
  • Assist in the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with supervisor/managers team to align talent needs with workforce strategy, define job requirements, and guide decision-making around selection and internal mobility.
