Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma/degree or equivalent work experience; background in finance or IT systems preferred
- 3–8 years of experience in software application delivery (e.g., systems implementation, project management, analysis, QA, training)
- Proficiency in data analysis and Excel
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – and exceptional organizational abilities
- Leadership qualities with the ability to facilitate meetings and decision-making with confidence
- Self-starter mindset capable of managing multiple projects independently
- Commercial acumen paired with professionalism in customer interactions
Responsibilities
- Guide public sector clients through all stages of product implementation
- Analyze business needs, recommend best practices, and ensure smooth completion of multiple concurrent implementations
- Become a subject matter expert in Euna Budget Professional’s budgeting system
- Collaborate with clients to identify gaps and improvements to be built in the system to provide an efficient budgeting tool
- Lead internal stakeholders to deliver the reporting, integration and product solutions needed by the client
- Prepare and migrate client data using Euna Budget’s data load interface
- Serve as a business partner to internal teams by sharing your expertise
- Oversee multiple implementations from post-sales to full utilization of Euna Budget’s products
- Define timelines, track progress, and maintain regular communication with clients
- Identify and resolve implementation challenges by collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in municipal, healthcare, education and/or not-for-profit budgeting
- Familiarity with budgeting methodologies like grant accounting or forecasting
- Hands-on experience with financial planning applications (web-based preferred)
- Report design/documentation using relational databases (SSRS or PowerBI is a plus)
- Knowledge of project tracking tools like Cloud Coach or Asana
