Requirements
- BA/BS preferred.
- At least 5 years of Health and Benefits and/or Retirement in a consulting environment
- Knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform multi-country benefit audits including comparison with market practice, and present results to client.
- Act as the ‘go-to’ person for clients on significant multi-country projects. Utilize Mercer’s project management tools and processes as appropriate.
- Identify appropriate Mercer resources globally to respond to specific client requests on international issues. Review deliverables to ensure that they meet client needs.
- Consolidates and deliver global accounting results to US multinational clients.
- Develops intellectual capital and new consulting offerings both across geographies and across lines of business.
