Requirements
- 5+ years in IT engineering, with a strong background in networking, endpoint management, and support within a SaaS or cloud-centric organization.
- Proficiency in managing and supporting critical business tools, including Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, Jira, and Confluence.
- Proven experience with Mac and Linux endpoint management.
- Strong skills in operating and troubleshooting network environments.
- Experience with managing cloud environments, particularly AWS & Azure, including operational automation, access policies, scaling, and security.
- Proficiency in scripting with Python or Bash for process automation, as well as experience with automation tools such as Torq and Workato – advantage.
- Knowledge of security standards and best practices, including permissions management, endpoint protection, and security policy implementation – advantage.
- Experience with managing and prioritizing multiple IT projects simultaneously – advantage.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network environments to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.
- Administer Mac and Linux devices with Jamf and best practices, focusing on access control, security, and compliance.
- Oversee user lifecycle management, ensuring secure provisioning, deprovisioning, and access control with tools like Okta.
- Implement and maintain patch management strategies to secure and optimize system performance.
- Provide IT support, including diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Design and implement automation workflows to improve IT operations, reducing manual efforts and enhancing efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation for IT processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with various business teams to align on key initiatives, supporting projects and internal service delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automation tools such as Torq and Workato – advantage.
