Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the executive communications strategy for Klaviyo’s CTO and senior R&D leadership
- Work closely with leaders to develop the right cadence of communications
- Build and manage a robust internal communications calendar
- Collaborate with stakeholders to execute company-wide programs
- Evolve existing and create new communications channels and tactics
- Outline and develop impactful speeches and presentations
- Travel as needed to Klaviyo engagements across the globe
- Collaborate with the PR team for thought leadership opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure effective communication of strategic priorities
- Lead and execute executive thought leadership across social platforms
- Partner with HRBPs to create culture-building programs
- Measure and evaluate communications impact and effectiveness
