Requirements
- Experience as a Technical Program Manager with a strong background in software engineering.
- Experience leading large-scale, complex technical programs, ideally involving architectural transformations or migrations.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, domain-driven design, and API design principles.
- Excellent technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to influence and drive consensus across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects to define the domain decomposition strategy, including identifying bounded contexts, service boundaries, and migration plans.
- Lead the execution of the domain decomposition program, ensuring alignment across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to overcome challenges and mitigate risks associated with the decomposition process.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the program.
