Requirements
- Five (5) years’ experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Five (5) years of additional SA experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Must have experience with Linux administration.
- Clearance Required: Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problems, ensuring efficient issue resolution.
- Manage daily activities related to the configuration and operation of IT systems.
- Optimize system operations, troubleshoot issues, and perform system capacity analysis and planning.
- Assist users in accessing and utilizing IT systems effectively, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Configure and manage UNIX or other applicable operating systems, and implement enhancements for improved reliability and performance.
- Monitor and resolve problems across client/server, storage, and network devices, including mobile devices.
