Requirements

  • Must possess a U.S government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI). Some positions may require a polygraph.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration or a related field from an accredited college or university with 10 years of experience in military Logistics or civilian equivalent training and fourteen (14) years’ experience.
  • Fluent in the English language includes the ability to read, write, and comprehend relevant documentation.
  • Military 92A, 92Y and/or 92Z training/experience desired.
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding in customs, tariffs, and duties.
  • Knowledgeable in customs control and capable of interfacing with foreign customs authorities to expedite movement of parts through the customs process, with minimal delays.
  • Advance experience and skills operating MS-Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).
  • Utilize Global Combat Support System- Army (GCSS-A).
  • Utilize Army Materiel Status System (AMSS).
  • Expertise with basic military logistics, supply and maintenance shop operations.
  • Subject Matter Expert in Property Book or equivalent utilizing an Accountable Property System of Record, i.e., GCSS- A, DPAS, or other online database.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, prioritize and execute against multiple priorities.
  • Advanced knowledge of databases and spreadsheets; excellent data entry skills.
  • Analyzing and evaluating (on a quantitative and qualitative basis) support required to sustain operations at alternative locations.
  • Develop life cycle cost analysis, estimates and alternatives.
  • Research operational requirements to develop logistics plans and stationing criteria.
  • Integrate logistics planning initiatives into supportable programming documentation.
  • Develop plans to field and sustain equipment.
  • Develop authorization documents to support new equipment fielding.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Military 92A, 92Y and/or 92Z training/experience desired.
