Requirements
- 5+ years of analytics, insights, and data management (MDM) experience
- 3+ years of experience with Tableau, Power BI, and/or other data visualization software
- 3+ years of experience in statistical modeling and analytical methodology including, regression, classification, clustering, time-series analysis etc.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and function in a complex environment with multiple constituencies.
- Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences.
- Ability to work flexible hours supporting EMEA region, ideally starting at 5:00am EST.
- Understanding of outbound logistics and all transportation modes within the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of product flow and fulfillment analytics to support decision-making across the VF Supply Chain and brands.
- Operate across a highly matrixed, multinational organization with a specific focus on the EMEA region.
- Help drive the organization’s strategic advantage through more in-depth analysis (e.g. descriptive statistics, segmentation, trend analysis, forecasting, regression analysis etc.).
- Consult with VF’s coalition businesses to assess and address information needs, and for managing, analyzing, and synthesizing data into insights to influence decisions and action planning.
- Lead analytical efforts related to product flow and order fulfillment, network optimization, and various other areas within the Supply Chain.
- Work with key stakeholders to build out the analytic capabilities within VF Corporate and Brand teams.
