Requirements
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming skills with a solid foundation, excellent programming style, and work habits.
- Familiarity with at least one mainstream deep learning programming framework (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Knowledge of deep learning algorithms (CNN/RNN/LSTM/RL, large-scale Sparse&Dense models for recommendation and advertising, etc.).
- Ability to independently solve problems, possess a strong sense of teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
- Strong motivation, willingness to accept challenges, and innovative thinking.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the application and optimization of machine learning algorithms in products such as Douyin (TikTok) and Toutiao. This includes areas such as recommendation systems, advertising, multimodal pre-training, and scientific computing, which require significant computational resources.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to explore new algorithms under new architectures.
Preferred Qualifications
