Requirements
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a focus on AI/ML projects.
- Strong ability to engage and align with executive stakeholders, driving strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience. A graduate degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional experience in engineering roles focused on productivity or data-centric solutions.
- Robust programming skills in Python and experience with AI frameworks and technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and containerizing solutions with tools like Docker and Kubernetes within cloud environments like AWS and Azure.
- Exceptional ability to tackle open-ended problems in unstructured environments, synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven track record of working effectively within cross-functional teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A deep interest in leveraging AI to transform internal processes and enhance employee productivity.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of AI Solutions Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Engage with executive stakeholders to align AI initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring strategic alignment and impactful outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, understand workflows, and propose AI-driven improvements.
- Design, develop, and deploy bespoke AI solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of internal teams, improving processes and decision-making capabilities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems and workflows.
- Gather feedback on AI solutions, refining them based on user needs and business objectives.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to help internal teams understand and adopt AI solutions.
- Stay up to date on the latest AI advancements and share relevant findings with the team to help inform solution design.
- Present findings, progress updates, and future proposals to internal stakeholders, from team members to executive leadership.
