Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area.
- 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Global SOX program management of domestic and international teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and guide junior associates through all phases of audit projects.
- Plan audit projects, establish business relationships, accomplish the plans, and manage expectations of senior leaders in Global Audit and the businesses you support.
- Perform Audits for Violations or High-risk Allegations of irregularity, fraud, and corruption, and investigate risk flags.
- Develop and Execute Controls Testing Procedures while tracking control deficiencies and identifying potential weaknesses.
- Use Project Management Skills to create audit plans and direct workflows.
- Manage staff auditors in audit principles, standards, performance evaluations, and team feedback.
- Use Data Analytics and New Data Tools such as AI/ML and Generative AI to enhance audit efficiency and improve the Omni retail customer experience.
- Become a Trusted Advisor by developing relationships with other teams. Be a go-to resource across the organization to solve issues.
- Develop others through mentoring, leading staff in audit principles, evaluating staff performance and providing performance feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in information technology, financial analysis, or relevant area.
- Master’s Degree in business or related field.
