Requirements

  • 5-8 years in Corporate, B2B marketing
  • Experience executing lead generation campaigns that result in a high-number of opportunities for Sales team
  • Experience defining reporting requirements and insights related to lead generation/demand generation activities
  • MarTech experience – CRM, Sales Enablement, ABM, Revenue Orchestration tools/platforms
  • Understand and value working closely with Sales in partnership for success
  • Self-starter and driven, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to make strategic decisions, always keeping what’s best for the business at the forefront
  • Eager and willingness to roll-up sleeves and jump in

Responsibilities

  • Develop successful B2B campaigns, both direct to businesses and high-net worth individuals that drive leads for the Corporate Sales Teams
  • Drive the creation of exciting campaigns – liaising with digital services and creative teams
  • Develop personas and buyer journeys related to high-net worth individuals and corporate buyers in key markets
  • Develop value proposition and key messages for high-net worth individuals and corporate buyers in key markets
  • Manage and execute lead generation activities to support corporate sales teams including but not limited to email marketing, paid partnerships (sponsorships), tradeshows and digital
  • Hire and manage a Corporate Marketing Manager
  • Collaborate with other B2B teams within On Location to execute joint programs
  • Manage budget and reporting related to B2B corporate marketing strategy
  • Interpret marketing metrics, build and share reports with sales and marketing leadership
  • Work closely with digital marketing team to build and execute corporate marketing campaigns
  • Support sales enablement needs of corporate sales team (not limited to sales presentations, emails/social, events, etc.)
  • Submit creative intake forms and direct creative briefs
  • Align with PR and B2C marketing on Corporate activations and events
  • Pivot quickly from marketing activities that are under performing
  • Travel as needed to event activations in North America
