Requirements
- 5+ years consulting experience in Payments & Fintech; candidates with consulting experience preferred
- In lieu of consulting experience, 7+ years minimum industry experience required in the financial services industry in strategy or product roles; 10-12+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- Fluency in English
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and manage internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver against the client and commercial priorities for the Topic business
- Support proposals and cases as a domain expert helping drive strong impact with clients
- Contribute to client cases and proposals, with occasional travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments
- Support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector working, in conjunction with business leaders, providing insights & advice for proposals and client workshops
- Lead development of intellectual property & assets for the business
- Mentor and guide junior colleagues based on your topic expertise
