Responsibilities

  • Provide people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as required.
  • Oversee and lead a large and highly complex diverse function for an area of significant insights, complexity, or scope.
  • Own the tools and technology utilized at managing the regulatory response.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and proactively develop enhancements to the data assets.
  • Engage as a data architect who can effectively design, build, and maintain large-scale data environments that enable efficient data retrieval, analysis, and insights generation.
  • Ability to design scalable and normalized database structures without compromising on query performance.
  • Ability to ingest, transform, and clean large datasets efficiently with a strong focus on data indexing.
  • Skills to work closely with cross-functional teams, including all applicable stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle feedback and incorporate inputs from multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate through a large organization and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive optimal outcome.
  • Data / Fact driven, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn new financial systems, tools, and concepts, and will stay up to date on industry trends and regulations.
  • Proven track record of execution with speed and purpose.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for challenging the status quo and taking action to achieve results.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
  • Assess / identify key issues and escalate to appropriate levels and relevant stakeholders and business management where required.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for TAR-U.
  • Focus on longer-range planning for functional area (e.g. 12 months or greater)
