Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Series 7, 63 Licenses required, Series 24 desirable
- 5+ years industry experience with extensive knowledge of workplace retirement and plan sponsors
- Project management experience required
- Expertise and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Think Cell), PowerPoint, SharePoint, Salesforce.com
Responsibilities
- Develop and update detailed action plans for events where Fidelity is the DC, DB or SPS recordkeeper
- Develop deep understanding of existing offerings and processes, with the ability to make recommendations on how to drive high quality engagement
- Oversee completion of deliverables with business partners in marketing, operations, legal, CKC, and relationship management
- Conduct and / or coordinate the opportunity qualification and evaluation
- Coordinate and communicate our offering, event results, make recommendations to key stakeholders
- Document successes and lessons learned to build advocacy
- Develop, track and manage the event pipeline for all upcoming actions
- Curate best practices from learnings innovative approach to driving engagement and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong Fidelity network and knowledge of Wealth distribution, brokerage and digital channels desired
- Working knowledge of PSW, Qualtrics, FocusPoint and plan bulletin a plus
