Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Physics. Advanced degrees welcome.
- Experience in photonic test or characterization, particularly wafer level test.
- Experience with software development and software management and planning.
- Experience working with engineers and technologists in R&D and NPI environments.
Responsibilities
- Operational excellence: understands maintenance and upgrade cycles, software changes, user training, and planning for high availability.
- Technical capability: Deep knowledge on at least one area of device and test characterization. Create or update tests/characterizations to be fast, effective, and operationally effective.
- Equipment repair and troubleshooting: Hands on ability to fix software, hardware, and electronics issues, and critical documentation.
- Software systems: understands manufacturing systems (MES), lab, and data management systems.
- System ownership: understands operational and technical metrics, models of record for capability and uptime, and standard system planning.
- Experienced in technical management.
