Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in building and managing high-performing teams
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth with emerging opportunities and established partnerships
- Strong understanding of advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends
- Deep understanding of eCommerce fundamentals and trends
- Skilled storyteller with experience communicating marketing opportunities to brands
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate insights, product information, and data into client value
- Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Leadership experience in introducing new performance measures, processes, and systems to achieve operational excellence
- Ability to move fast, be bold, and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
Responsibilities
- Accelerate advertising revenue growth from assigned vertical
- Create and refine business processes that improve the productivity and throughput of the sales team
- Identify and address key issues impacting emerging advertisers’ performance and experience with WMC suite of advertising solutions
- Work within a matrix organization and lead, coach, and influence people
- Possess strong consultative sales skills with C-suite leaders, collaborative and innovative spirit, and comfort dealing with ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing and Sales, or related area and 5+ years’ experience managing sales teams in Business, Marketing and Sales, or related area
