Requirements
- B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. MBA preferred
- 8+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience in a multidivisional or matrix organization
- Demonstrated experience leading projects and teams, including team member talent development
- Self-motivated, highly-driven, independent, and results-oriented. Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated application of strategic thinking related to assessing financials and trends in the business
- Demonstrated ability to continuously improve processes, automation, and reporting
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and working independently with minimal supervision and/or guidance
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail, a sense of personal accountability and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience presenting work and recommendations to senior leadership (CEO, CFO, CMO, etc.)
- Ability to organize, present and clearly articulate financial information including actionable insights
- Ability to work well across business and finance teams and with all levels of both divisional and corporate management
- Energetic leadership style to drive change through influence and mentorship
Responsibilities
- Key role in driving enterprise transformation, including financial business partnering in a matrix operating model and close integration with project management to drive change thru to implementation and financial value
- Provide financial expertise and decision support for business partners
- Manage the cost profile and support investment and offset savings activity tracking for Transformation to the targeted operating model
- Lead the Enterprise forecast & budget processes for assigned business areas, driving change with automation and process efficiencies
- Transform the annual financial planning processes for Enterprise Functions, including divisional, COE, corporate spend and allocations; leveraging and advancing cost driver and zero based budgeting approaches
- Responsible for enterprise cost reporting and analysis including monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance by division and COE
- Analyze and evaluate capital projects and enterprise contracts, providing recommendations and supporting the executive team’s reviewal process
- Work closely with enterprise and division business and finance teams to identify, explain, and action key drivers impacting P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
- Oversee the preparation of executive level presentation material, support and analyses for use in communications across divisional and enterprise leadership, Senior Management Team meetings, and Board of Directors forums
- Lead and manage special projects and create ad-hoc analysis as needed
- Potential to lead and develop 1 to 2 team members providing direction, guidance and coaching
