Requirements

  • B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience in a multidivisional or matrix organization
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects and teams, including team member talent development
  • Self-motivated, highly-driven, independent, and results-oriented. Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated application of strategic thinking related to assessing financials and trends in the business
  • Demonstrated ability to continuously improve processes, automation, and reporting
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and working independently with minimal supervision and/or guidance
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail, a sense of personal accountability and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Key role in driving enterprise transformation, including financial business partnering in a matrix operating model and close integration with project management to drive change thru to implementation and financial value
  • Provide financial expertise and decision support for business partners
  • Manage the cost profile and support investment and offset savings activity tracking for Transformation to the targeted operating model
  • Lead the Enterprise forecast & budget processes for assigned business areas, driving change with automation and process efficiencies
  • Transform the annual financial planning processes for Enterprise Functions, including divisional, COE, corporate spend and allocations; leveraging and advancing cost driver and zero based budgeting approaches
  • Responsible for enterprise cost reporting and analysis including monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance by division and COE
  • Analyze and evaluate capital projects and enterprise contracts, providing recommendations and supporting the executive team’s reviewal process
  • Work closely with enterprise and division business and finance teams to identify, explain, and action key drivers impacting P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
  • Oversee the preparation of executive level presentation material, support and analyses for use in communications across divisional and enterprise leadership, Senior Management Team meetings, and Board of Directors forums
  • Lead and manage special projects and create ad-hoc analysis as needed
  • Potential to lead and develop 1 to 2 team members providing direction, guidance and coaching
