Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience
- 7+ years of product management, project management or related experience within financial services with a proven track record of bringing a concept to implementation and adoption within a complex organization
- Skilled at developing change management workstream including communications, learning, implementation, measurement, and adoption strategies
- Proven ability to effectively translate business needs and improvement opportunities, develop use cases, and propose solutions to enhance value delivered
- Knowledge and experience with intermediary and institutional investment sales
- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to approach problems in a consultative manner
- Forward-thinking and curious, with a desire to continuously learn and grow
Responsibilities
- Designing custom workflows and processes to test and measure various commercial ideas and scale through deep collaborative partnerships with analytics, investment specialists, distribution enablement, sales, and marketing teams
- Establishing a network of client and sales associate intelligence and consensus building to efficiently identify leading indicators and opportunities
- Packaging recommendations supported by a clear narrative, logical reasoning, and robust data insights
- Consolidating and synthesizing various insights sourced from client tools, proprietary and secondary sources to elevate actionable ideas aligned to client needs and market fit
- Inspecting and evaluating progress of projects and removing impediments as needed
