As Finance Senior Manager, Strategy and Innovation, you’ll work closely with the Finance Chief of Staff and a team focused on overseeing key strategic projects sponsored by the CFO. You’ll work with this team to establish and govern a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives. The role requires high-energy, outstanding project management skills, communication skills, forward-thinking, and an intimate understanding of business requirements as well as the ability to drive execution.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist the Finance Chief of Staff in managing the organization’s operational rhythm, allowing for transparency, consistency, and proactive planning and execution
- Assist in designing and driving the Finance team’s strategic plans, portfolio and budget planning, and business and people strategy reviews
- Assist in managing cross functional projects and transformational activities for the organization
- Manage the strategic project portfolio ensuring projects have clear milestones, KPIs, value and impact metrics
- Manage the transformation roadmap and lead its execution, including prioritization, requirement gathering, and project timeline
- Assist with driving transformation initiatives to streamline and optimize business processes, leveraging best practices.
- Collaborate with finance senior management and a cross functional network of stakeholders to evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, automation, and optimization
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in Finance. Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies for cost/benefit potential

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree in Finance preferred
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in a global, diverse organization
- Demonstrated success leading projects with multi-function stakeholders and teams

- Disciplined execution skills with focus to ensure results and impact are delivered
