Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Global Trade

Responsibilities
- Provide export and import licensing and regulatory and policy guidance and support to RTX Enterprise Services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and understand Global Trade-related risks and provide support, training, and resources to address the risks or concerns.
- Ensure implementation and continuous operation of the Global Trade program within RTX Enterprise Services.
- Prepare and provide Global Trade-related training to internal business customers and new employees.
- Sustain and support the Corporate Global Trade Focal program within RTX Enterprise Services.
- Review and approval of employee travel, visitor access and other export transactional requests.
- Review and resolve restricted party screening transactions and assist with list maintenance.
- Provide direct support to Enterprise Services sites including through regular site visits.
- Assist with investigations and reviews of possible Global Trade escapes and disclosures.
- Closely coordinate and align with other Corporate Global Trade team members.
- Collaborate with Digital Technology to develop, document, and align Global Trade controls across functional enterprise-level and Corporate-specific environments.
- Review and disposition Global Trade Assessments for Corporate and Enterprise-wide information systems.
- Support testing and assessments to ensure Global Trade controls, including recordkeeping, are working as intended in digital tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Empowered Official as defined by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- Experience in applying compliance requirements in information technology environments/systems.
- Degree in information technology, international business, legal, or international trade from an accredited institution.
- SAP ITCS / GTS experience.
- OCR experience.
