Requirements

  • A minimum of 8+ years experience with Salesforce Sales cloud and related platforms, with a proven track record in business process optimization
  • A minimum of 5+ yrs experience working as an enterprise product manager or similar role in an enterprise company
  • End-to-end experience implementing PRM
  • You have a deep understanding of the Lead-To-Quote business process (Campaigns, Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote) and supporting technologies (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
  • Experience working in an agile development environment, with a proven track record of leading successful Salesforce projects from concept to delivery
  • Clear, concise technical writing skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills when working with business users to develop scope requirements and defend systems capabilities
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various business stakeholders to interpret & translate requirements

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with Revenue teams, you will lead the ongoing optimization and simplification of GTM experience (Sellers, Marketers, Customer Success, PS) in Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Demandbase, and internal tools
  • Propose and lead initiatives to implement new processes, optimize existing technologies and methodologies that enhance GTM experience and simplification
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions and handle inbound feature intakes, troubleshoot, and respond to them in a timely manner
  • Provide expert guidance and training to users, promoting effective use of Salesforce and other GTM capabilities to achieve business goals
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to drive continuous improvement and innovation in customer experience strategies
  • Work with business and technical stakeholders to identify their business problems and drive appropriate functional solutions/approaches
  • Support testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or Training/Training Materials
