Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 10+ years of hands-on help desk experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Help Desk management
  • Experience with macOS, Windows and Linux systems and A/V conference room support
  • Mobile device management (MDM) experience
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Customer-first mindset
