Requirements
- BA/BS degree required
- 10+ years of hands-on help desk experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in Help Desk management
- Experience with macOS, Windows and Linux systems and A/V conference room support
- Mobile device management (MDM) experience
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Customer-first mindset
