Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health care, business administration or related; Master’s degree a plus.
  • Requires a minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience within contracts & pricing function and/or managed markets, access marketing, related functions in industry and/or consulting.
  • Also requires 3 or more years’ directly and progressively responsible experience related to managed care contracting including commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid etc.

Responsibilities

  • Interface directly with GP vendor and manage all calculations
  • Manage all rebate processing operations (Tricare, Medicaid, Medicare, etc.)
  • Ongoing contracting operations (renewals, amendments, Public Law, etc.)
  • Develop detailed models for future contracting needs to allow real-time analysis for how price points will move
  • Develop model for price increase analysis to be better able to interface with Finance team on future price actions and recommendations
  • Support Finance team through GTN analytics
  • Better support Trade & Distribution team with customer dashboards or special projects and analysis (IDN identification, distributor scorecards, etc.)
  • Support NAM team through payer mapping (primarily with Daybue)
  • Work with NAM team on contract modeling and bid submissions
  • MHA rebate program management and GPO analysis with LTC team
  • Serve as a liaison with CIAO team on forecasting and ad hoc analysis/planning
  • Develop and support analog research with internal and external parties across all markets (including pipeline products)
  • Implement Market Access Competitive intelligence function through data gathering, analysis and insights
  • Prepare and develop tools for internal Europe price and access modeling
  • Support New Product Planning team on pipeline and other asset forecasting and planning
  • Leverage US price compendia to implement all operational components of price increases and new product loading
  • Organizes, defines, researches and works through complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of functional area and related organizational objectives with guidance
  • Assist with other internal Access related projects on an as needed basis.
