Requirements
- 10+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership/people manager role within a tech SaaS startup environment
- Proven track record of scaling recruitment functions in high-growth companies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability
- Ensure optimal performance of the talent acquisition team through goal-setting, regular feedback, and performance evaluations
- Implement and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
- Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance and drive decision-making
- Stay updated on recruitment best practices and leverage technology (ATS, sourcing tools, etc.) to streamline talent acquisition efforts
- Work closely with senior leadership to understand hiring requirements and provide strategic guidance
- Serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition best practices and market trends
- Collaborate with the Marketing and People Operations teams to enhance MaintainX’s employer brand through engaging job descriptions, social media presence, and recruitment marketing strategies
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from the initial contact through onboarding, positioning MaintainX as an employer of choice
- Manage the recruitment budget, ensuring optimal use of resources and cost-effective hiring
- Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and other third-party vendors, ensuring service levels meet company standards
