Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience training and training management with expertise in planning, developing, and delivering technical training.
  • Ownership mentality with strong initiative in managing your own work, and possibly that of others.
  • Expertise in explaining technical terminology and solutions to a non-technical audience is a plus.
  • Experience with content authoring and content management tools. SCORM logic and packaging a big plus.
  • Experience with interactive virtual training logic and design.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional environments and influence others with no hierarchical relationship.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Anduril’s training team and orchestrate delivery of training on Anduril products.
  • Build repeatable systems and processes to partner with product teams and build training curriculum.
  • Manage a team of trainers who lead classroom presentations and hands-on instruction at customer locations and Anduril test sites.
  • Create, shape, and manage training collateral for our product capabilities and technology.
  • Design training curriculums across a variety of platforms intent on minimizing powerpoint presentations and increasing hands-on practical application with interactive virtual training and simulations.
  • Establish a process to keep training curricula current and applicable with the pace of innovation.
  • Collaborate across a wide range of Anduril teams, including product development, engineering, design, and operations to capture product updates and support training of end users.
  • Build a bridge between end users and engineers to maximize knowledge retention in rapid knowledge transfer.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong preference for someone who has managed training POIs and major training events for military or Special Operations Forces, and those in their post-military career.
  • Adaptive, creative communication style that fits a variety of audiences and works across a variety of mediums.
  • Enthusiastic about transforming US and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.
