Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or product management.
- Proven track record of successful product and operations initiative rollouts that drive meaningful business impact.
- Experience partnering with data science and analytics teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
- 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Determine where to enhance the delivery of core member benefits to foster member trust and loyalty.
- Deeply understand member benefit experience problems and their root causes using an understanding of member needs, member feedback, knowledge of benefit operations processes, and performance data.
- Develop structured problem-solving frameworks and conduct experiments to validate the most impactful hypotheses.
- Craft data-driven business cases for benefit improvement recommendations, achieving cross-functional partner buy-in and securing leadership support and resourcing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional working groups to develop multi-phase change implementation plans.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with subscription or membership products.
- Leading cross-functional teams.
- Supervisory experience.
- Masters in Operations Management.
- Project Management – Project Management Professional – Certification.
