Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial real estate portfolios comprised of a variety of asset classes including office, warehouse and other real estate assets.
- 5+ years of real estate leasing experience (landlord or tenant representation)
- A background in real estate finance or other relevant advanced degree/certification (JD, MBA, CCIM)
- Experience building financial models analyzing real estate transactions
Responsibilities
- Partnering with brokerage support teams and consultants to identify new asset locations in key markets.
- Negotiating letters of intent for new leases and/or purchases of commercial real estate assets.
- Actively managing the existing Corporate Real Estate Portfolio including negotiating and receiving approvals for lease extensions or terminations.
- Managing the day-to-day needs of an active portfolio of real estate assets.
- Building financial models in support of critical business decisions relating to the portfolio.
