Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, partnership marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations.
- Experience managing and scaling marketing operations, including budgeting and impact reporting.
- Proven success working with internal and third-party brands to develop and launch co-marketing campaigns that achieve joint business objectives.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, including at the executive level.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex insights and recommendations clearly.
- Collaborative approach with a track record of successfully working across departments to drive marketing and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional marketing campaigns aimed at growing our Domains business, in partnership with third-party Registry and Reseller partners, and internal marketing, product, and commercial teams.
- Own registry co-marketing relationships: Build and strengthen partnerships with domain registry marketing teams. Lead joint campaigns that align with both Squarespace and partner objectives, piloting with top-tier partners and scaling successful initiatives.
- Manage reseller co-marketing and activation campaigns: Drive account activation and engagement for domain owners managed by Squarespace but purchased through third-party resellers. Launch and optimize marketing campaigns, and serve as the marketing point of contact for approvals, reviews, and guidelines.
- Scale and optimize marketing operations: Improve efficiency and performance across campaigns by streamlining processes. Manage budgets, report on impact, and provide insights to optimize future efforts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Influence cross-functional teams (Brand, CRM, Product Marketing, Legal, etc.) to align marketing strategies with business goals. Ensure seamless execution of initiatives and support testing of new marketing strategies, bundling, and promotions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the Domains industry or experience working with registries is a plus.
