Responsibilities
- Effectively manage a team of facilities management professionals and vendor partners in a fast-paced, demanding work environment.
- Partner with the Client to develop an integrated facilities management plan.
- Develop relationships with client stakeholders.
- Works with Sourcing Manager to competitively bid and prepare all service contracts to assure high quality and cost-effective services.
- Delivers Vendor management performance reviews and improvement plans.
- Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce short- and long-term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with the Account Director and the client.
- Implementation of short and long-term deliverables for client programs / projects.
- Oversee the development and management of the operating budgets for entire account and each property.
- Develop monthly/quarterly reforecasts and variance reporting on all operating budgets.
- Assist with the development and execution of the long-term sustainment plans for property portfolio.
- Performs site visits as needed.
- Assists in the development, revision and implementation of account tools & operating procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- College Degree or commensurate experience.
- Minimum of 8+ years industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant.
