Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related role
- In lieu of a related Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept two (2) additional years of experience in the job offered or related role
- Experience in planning, building and launching successful marketing campaigns on web or mobile app using content management system
- Experience working as a manager with 3+ direct reports
- Experience in collaborating with key business stakeholders like marketing, online experience, user experience designers, application developers and product managers
- Experience with web and app content management system – Amplience, Prolific AMS
- Experience with various PIM tools [Product Information Management] – Stibo, Pacman and Nova
- Experience with digital production and release processes, including direct experience with tools and technology like JIRA, Airtable, Workfront, SmartSheet, Pageproof, Sharepoint and Miro
- Experience with personalization and audience segmentation tools such as Optimizely and Tealium audience management
- Experience with Adobe Omniture for creating reporting dashboard for ongoing A/B tests and personalization campaigns
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Responsibilities
- Lead Old Navy’s ecommerce content experience workflow for US & Canada markets
- Partner cross-functionally with brand and creative strategy, program management and web content developers
- Track project team activities and deliverables, supporting program delivery
- Apply good understanding of web content development lifecycle and project management/agile methodology in day-to-day responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate rollout of Content Management Systems [CMS] program for Old Navy online
- Serve as the primary point of contact to partners in product management, foundation UI engineering, user experience [UX] and online operations
- Gather design requirements, create business case, lead user acceptance testing [UAT], build and plan new content type launches
- Support product catalog team with data governance that impacts site navigation, product photography presentation and product attribution on category pages
- Build and maintain Catalog operations strategic roadmap for systems enhancement requests and automation efforts
- Manage a team of 4 associate content managers and accountable for team performance through teaching, coaching, and providing meaningful feedback
