Requirements
- Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preference to PM experience within a Corporate Real Estate function and experience performing internal governance or audit functions in a large organization.
- Valid PMP designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is an asset.

Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining practices, processes, and procedures for Corporate Real Estate’s Project Management Delivery function.
- Ensuring adherence to Enterprise governance and risk management frameworks.
- Providing oversight, thought leadership, tools, and resources to ensure alignment with Enterprise requirements.
- Partnering with key stakeholders across CRE function to ensure adequate reporting, technology, and tools are available to support Project Management delivery.
- Developing oversight, governance, testing, and monitoring capabilities for Project Management Delivery to drive consistency and quality.
- Documenting and maintaining program and project management processes, procedures methodologies, and frameworks aligned to Enterprise PMO directives.
- Performing assessments and planning to verify that Project Management Delivery is working within PMO and Enterprise standards.
- Adhering to Bank risk, regulatory, and compliance controls.
- Complying with audit requirements, developing CRE’s response to project-related audits or challenges.
- Overseeing Project Management Delivery activities of third-party outsourced suppliers to ensure alignment and quality.
- Ensuring project delivery teams have awareness of regulatory changes impacting project delivery.
- Ensuring projects are performing within defined parameters.
- Working with Project Delivery team to ensure PMO generated reporting is defined, established, and efficient; routines are in place; and reporting is automated where possible.
- Ensuring PMO reporting meets the needs of CRE executives, Enterprise requirements, and other stakeholders – at both a portfolio level, and on a project-by-project basis.
- Establishing tools, templates, and practices to support Delivery teams in project status reporting to stakeholders and executives.
- Partnering with Data & Analytics Team to support the strategic design and enhancements of regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
- Understanding the PM Technology systems used by BMO and outsourced service providers to ensure they are maintained, updated, and continue to meet BMO’s needs and Enterprise Standards.
