Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Four (4) years of combined in manufacturing and/or technology development in a private, public, government or military environment
Responsibilities
- Drive innovation within our 3M Manufacturing Operations using both internal and external technologies
- Lead or support non-solvent coating technology development & deployment projects
- Support of New Product Introductions through process development
- Participate in execution of Coating technology platform strategic plans
- Collaborating and supporting global manufacturing
Preferred Qualifications
- UV & Thermal cured PSA experience
- Experience with web processing processes (winding, lamination, web handling)
- Experience with coating processes (roll, slot-die, others)
- Advanced degree in a science or engineering discipline from an accredited university
- Strong leadership, project management and influencing skills
